An article published in the Theosophical Free Tracts on 21st March 1955, no. 27 under the heading "Against Vaccination and Vivisection". the name of the author is not given, however the text explores the moral and practical opinions on vaccination and vivisection.

"All Honourable Men", is a response to the formation of the "Animal Welfare Unit", in the US which advocates for better treatment of experimental animals and avoidance of "unnecessary suffering". M Beddow Bayly, who wrote the pamphlet, believes there sould be a complete ban on animal experimentation.

The pamphlet has been reprinted by the SSPV from an article in the Anti-Vivisection News, May, 1955. It was withdrawn from print April 1975.
