"All Honourable Men", is a response to the formation of the "Animal Welfare Unit", in the US which advocates for better treatment of experimental animals and avoidance of "unnecessary suffering". M Beddow Bayly, who wrote the pamphlet, believes there sould be a complete ban on animal experimentation.

The pamphlet has been reprinted by the SSPV from an article in the Anti-Vivisection News, May, 1955. It was withdrawn from print April 1975.
